We have several rooms available for rent for private sittings, parties, and gatherings. Feel free to come tour our facilities during business hours. A cleaning deposit is required for all rooms (50% of the rental fee is required at booking, and 50% of the rental fee plus the cleaning deposit is due on the day of the event prior to setting up). The deposit will be returned within one week of the event date, if the area is left in a clean state that does not require extra work from staff. If the deposit is made as cash or check separate from the rental payment, it will be handed back immediately following an inspection at the end of the event if a staff member is available. For rental periods of 2 hours or more, one hour total of set-up and clean-up is included for free!
