Service Description

The initial consultation includes a full assessment and gathering of intake information. Colleen will create an ayurvedic regimen that is just right for you that includes recommendations on diet, lifestyle changes, and more. Initial consultation can take up to two hours. A follow-up 1-1.5 hour appointment one to two weeks following the initial consult to discuss recommendations and to answer additional questions is included in the initial consultation fee. This free follow up can be scheduled at the end of your initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order not to be charged.
